Bring your own mat if you have one - otherwise we have one you may borrow! 

About our classes

All of our classes are planned and taught with climbers in mind, by climbers!


We provide complementary training that enhances our climbing by practicing:

  • BREATH CONTROL because if you forget to breathe things start to spiral out of control!

  • BALANCE static and dynamic. On hands, elbows, knees, feet and heads! ⁠

  • STRENGTH in our core! shoulders! forearms! wrists! legs! ankles!

  • FLEXIBILITY for freedom of movement in all our joints, and

  • FOCUS to effectively move with intention & control⁠

⁠These are fundamentals to being able to have fun whilst climbing strong!

Which is why we do it, right?!

Our classes cater to those trying studio classes for the first time as well as experienced practitioners.

No prior yoga/pilates experience is needed.
